AFST(I)’s 31st ICFoST announces the following Pre-conference Workshops:

Workshop 2
Customizing Foods with 3D and 4D Printing offered by NIFTEM-Thanjavur
Workshop 3
AI and Data Analytics for Food Technologists offered by Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli
Guidelines for Pre-conference Workshops:
Only 31st ICFoST registered students (UG, PG and PhD) can participate. If you have not registered yet for the 31st ICFoST, please do so at www.icfost.org before registering for any of these workshops. A student may attend only one workshop.
Once paid, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
Participant will be allowed to attend only the workshop he/she registered for.
The workshops will take place from 10 am to 1:30 pm on 18th December 2025 at NIFTEM-T. Workshop participants are requested to collect their ICFoST kit bags before 9:45 am.
Registration fee for participating in the workshop is Rs. 200. Payment must be made only via the link above. This includes a lunch coupon for 18th December 2025.
Workshop participants will receive a separate certificate of participation (for the workshop).
Currently, we have slots only for 50 participants in each workshop. Registration will therefore be on a first-come, first-served basis.
