Important Updates on the Poster Presentation:

Dear Poster Presenters’

Sub: 30th ICFoST poster presentation guidelines and Author Index

Greetings from 30th ICFoST! We thank you for submitting your work for the poster presentation. The author index and the poster presentation schedule has been uploaded on  conference website www.icfost.org (Under Poster Menu). Please go through the details and come back to us if you have any queries (icfostposter@gmail.com).

The following guidelines have to be followed for the poster presentation.

Instructions to Poster Presenters

  1. Prepare your poster with the 3 X 4 Feet (3 feet width  and 4 feet height - Portrait)
  2. There is no specific format for the poster, however, we encourage the participants to prepare the poster with more clarity, sufficient data, and conclusions. Do not reproduce the abstract in the poster.
  3. You are requested to present in the poster session 30 min before the scheduled time. Each poster session will be for 90 min.
  4. Ensure the poster code is displayed on the board before fixing the poster
  5. Stationeries required for fixing the posters will be provided. At the end of the session, kindly hand over the stationeries to the front desk.
  6. You have to be available near the poster throughout the poster session for the discussion with other delegates. The judges for the evaluation of the posters may come anytime during the poster session and make sure you are available.
  7. Only presenting author will be permitted to present the poster.
  8. After the poster presentation presenters are requested to remove posters. Organizers will not be responsible.
  9. After the poster presentation please mark your attendance at front desk.
  10. Participation certificates will be sent as e-copies after the conference for the delegates who presented their poster.
  11. The details of the venue for the poster presentation will be made available at the registration desk.
